shipping charges will be added at time of ordering. All
shipping fees are based on Surface Parcel Delivery only with parcels
weighing max. 1.5kg (3.3lbs.). When ordering medium to larger
quantities (5 items or more), please contact us at gbstore@getboard.com
to make further arrangements for shipping. If preferred, Air
Parcel or Courier Shipping can be arranged at an additional cost to
cover added expenses for Air Deliveries. All zones and rates are
posted by Canada

Clothing Return / Exchange Policy is as follows:
If you would like to return all or part of your order for an exchange
or refund, you must do so within 30 days from the invoice date.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Clothing must be
unwashed. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt
attention. Please call our customer service line or email to gbstore@getboard.com
as soon as possible. For your protection, we recommend you
return your merchandise via insured Parcel Post. We do not
accept C.O.D's. Once the item has been used or worn, it can not
be returned or refunded. The only exception would be a
manufacturing defect. To return merchandise that is defective
call our customer service line @ 604-250-0803.
